Yep, you're are right, I normally work on a tripartite system which involves getting better at generating general brute power, mental strength and impact strength, where you learn to take pressure and deal with impact. It’s amazing how many people cannot deal with contact and it’s normally one of the three above they lack.This is backed with a cardio system to drive the whole thing. Stuck for time for posting as I am working on my strength at the moment but that’s it in a nutshell. If you are lacking in any of the three, you are starting at a weaker level, whoever your opponent is.RegardsRichard
